Tell us the shortest sequence that reproduces the behavior. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

Protect sensitive information. Do not submit recordings, patient details, annotation text, sample values, screenshots with identifiers, full local paths, credentials, or confidential information. File uploads are intentionally unavailable.
Include expected behavior, actual behavior, and sanitized steps to reproduce. Do not include recording names or full paths.
